Lorean Labs ("Lorean Labs," "we," "us," or "our") operates a platform that allows brands and creators to generate video content (the "Services").

This concise policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. It is written to meet Google's verification requirements for apps that request Google user data.

1. Data We Collect

We collect three main types of data:

Contact Information: When you fill out a form or get in touch with us, we collect your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
Google Drive and Uploaded Data: If you connect your Google account or upload files, we only access the files or folders you explicitly choose to share with us.
Usage Information: We collect basic data like which pages you visit, your city-level location, and your browser and device type. This is collected automatically through your browser.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. Why We Collect It

To provide and maintain the Services (e.g., show or move the Google files you selected).
To respond to questions and offer support.
To send essential service messages (account notices, updates).
To protect our platform and comply with the law.

We do NOT use Google data to build or train AI models or for advertising.

We only share your data with:

Service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, email, analytics). They must keep it confidential.
Authorities if required by law.
A buyer if we sell the company. The buyer must honor this policy.

We do not sell your data.

4. Security

We secure data with encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and regular security checks. No system is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

5. Retention & Deletion

Contact & usage data: kept while you have an account.
Google Drive data: stored only while you actively use it; deleted within 90 days after you disconnect or ask us to remove it.

6. Your Controls

Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any message.
Block cookies in your browser or use ad‑blocking plugins.
Disconnect Google any time in your Google account's security settings.
